Great people and super fast service. The new location is amazing!!! So happy they are out of the dingy Eastwood Mall or whatever it’s called. The doctor was great and the staff was great and super friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks everyone!!!
Adrian and Dr. Banawoe were kind and efficient in their care. I was in the eye room on time and Adrian made the machines do their thing, moving me smoothly thru the stations. . Dr Banawoe reviewed everything with me, and was very reassuring about my eye health. He went thru the refraction testing and was very patient with me, determining the best correctional lenses. He showed me where my vision had changed, based on my prior lenses. His personality, quiet voice and professional demeanor were very comforting. I can recommend this office and staff without hesitation.
This store really hits the mark for superior customer service. The gentleman at the front desk was super efficient in getting everyone handled in an efficient and timely manner. The doctor, Gaetan Banawoe, was super friendly and explained everything in detail. Great at answering questions. Sylvia was the best at helping me pick out frames and explaining all the options. A wonderful experience
The appointment reminder was timely. The front desk person was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The doctor was great! She provided a lot of info so that I could make decisions. Recommend this facility highly. Monica help tremendously with the selection and pricing for the purchase of glasses.
The doctor very informative, took extra time to answer any all questions or concerns the doctor and the entire Accuvision staff were professional and very pleasant. I'll definitely return next year. It's nice to go somewhere that checks all the boxes.
