I have been coming here annually for my eye checkup for the last couple of years. Whether I speak with Margo at reception, Jasmine the technician that does your check ups and the doctors afterwards, they are always friendly, professional and thorough and very welcoming! So happy to have them in my neighborhood.
Highly recommend Love the small business feeling. 1 of 2 independent offices. The other office is on Jefferson in Carlsbad which is closer to my home, however that office doesn't carry Tiffany's at this time. Dr. Rosa took his time to explain the images of my eyes. He also told me the benefits of eating dark green kale (as long as I am not on blood thinners). I appreciate him sharing his knowledge and passion for eye health. Autumn and his other staff members were very personable and made me feel like a long time customer on the first visit. I will definitely be a return customer.
For the last 5 to 6 yrs I haven’t had a decent pair of glasses . Back then there was a Dr Gentle . He was good . They also installed a different Pheropter to test your eyesight . The present one isn’t any good. I did research and the latter isn’t any good . Plus the whole staff is run by a group of women . I had an outside vender make my glasses in the last 5-6 years and my glasses were toast . I don’t know who to put the blame on really. I’ve opted to use my Kaiser account. No copay . Because of all this my wife wouldn’t let me drive anymore.
Everybody in the office was friendly and professional! Jazmin did an awesome job with the initial testing and scans. Dr. Rachel was very informative and helped me to understand how bad my eyes truly were. Margo was great at helping me to select and purchase the right set of frames. I highly recommend!
Dr. Rosa is so nice and lots of knowledge! He ease my anxiety also! Plus young lady that helped my eyes exam ( I forgot her name) she was so sweet! I really recommend this place for contact lenses users !!!
