I just switched to North Country Optical from Eye Care as it would be months to a year before I could even get a basic eye exam. North Country Optical got me in within a week for an eye exam and ordered me trial contacts. I had my contact fitting about a week and a half after that. I did the virtual exam and saw the doctor in person at my next appointment. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend them!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Mitsoglou is professional and practical in his recommendations. Office is small and treats patients like individuals, not the next faceless person on the "take a number" machine. I am really glad I found North Country.

The wait was a little lengthy but I believe it was because I was a new patient. But once I made it for the exam it was like old home days! I knew staff from my other place that I used to go to so that was nice. The doctor was very nice and very helpful. My visit there had no regrets

The employees at NCO are the most friendly and helpful people I’ve met in the eye glass industry in years. They are helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend North Country Optical for your next eye exam or glasses purchase.
