If you need glasses, see Linda! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. We paid a third of what we usually pay for glasses and they offered all the top brands. Great selection!
I have been here twice in the past 6 months. Both times took well over an hour and a half. Having an Appointment doesn’t matter. You’ll still wait. My actual appointment took less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately this is one of the only places in Plattsburgh that takes the company’s insurance.
I've been trying to call these people for over a week now. To pay for my glasses, and nobody answers the phone. It goes to some AI assistant that goes completely blank. You call Em, they don't pick the phone up and apparently they're not open on Mondays.
Staff is Fantastic, Easy in. Easy out, Totally hate the newly implemented computer system to make/change/cancel appointments~I prefer human contact as it allows so many more options that your current computer system lacks in it's "Menu" system. So fire the phone computer system and keep the delightful humans and bricks and mortar business ~☮️♥️🙂🦋🌈🌞🌛🌠~
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye dr. They seem to be short staffed alot, so the wait time is longer even if u have an appointment. But once your in the appt it doesn't take longer than 10 minutes to get to see the dr and get your script.
