This was my first time in years getting my eyes checked and I had a great experience from start to finish. After contacting my insurance provider and learning they accepted my vision plan, I requested an appointment online as I was at work. This was very efficient for my needs. They also sent a link to fill out pre-appointment paperwork which was very easy! On the day of my appointment, the check in process was super simple. They put my name in and since I already filled out the pre-appointment paperwork electronically, I just had to wait a couple minutes to be called back. They called me back quickly and my appointment began and it was VERY quick. My appointment was at 9am and then I left just after 9:30am after checking out and paying my copay. So long as I live here in North Georgia, I will be coming back here for my yearly eye appointments. I really couldn’t recommend them more. I will also say one of the girls at the front desk really cracked me up during the check out process and brightened my day. Yes, I am quite blind. Thank you for noticing. 😂

I ordered glasses from here, couldn’t see out of them they did NOTHING and basically said it wasn’t their fault. My mom recently got glasses from them and the same thing happened. She spent so much money on a very fixed income and can’t use the glasses, they are frauds and should be shut down!

The staff was so helpful and sweet when I went to pick out my eyeglasses. I went from wearing contact lens to wearing eyeglasses daily, so it was important for me to pick out a pair that was comfortable, practical, and also that I felt looked nice on me. I really appreciate the ladies who helped me find the perfect pair!
