The staff was so helpful and sweet when I went to pick out my eyeglasses. I went from wearing contact lens to wearing eyeglasses daily, so it was important for me to pick out a pair that was comfortable, practical, and also that I felt looked nice on me. I really appreciate the ladies who helped me find the perfect pair!

I ordered glasses from here, couldn’t see out of them they did NOTHING and basically said it wasn’t their fault. My mom recently got glasses from them and the same thing happened. She spent so much money on a very fixed income and can’t use the glasses, they are frauds and should be shut down!

Jodi Holbrook and staff and simply the best. A laid back yet very professional environment. Very thorough and also affordable which is a huge plus when you don't have vision insurance. Thank you NGV for always taking care of my family!
