I would never use another eye Dr. Not only is he really knowledgeable, but he is very personable as well. He knows me by name and remembers everything about my eyesight even though I usually only see him once a year. Great care, friendly staff and an overall enjoyable experience that I don’t dread like I do most dr. visits. I can’t recommend them enough!
Ive never had a problem. Glasses always are perfect. Dr is patient and respectful. Staff is kind and respectful. They do get really busy, but they work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Ive never had a problem. Staff is very knowledgeable and sweet. I would recommend this dr to everyone. Iv been going to him for over 5 years with no issues.
I loved this place. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The doctor is great and he does a great job. The ladies in this office make you feel right at home. This was my first visit and it seemed like I had been coming for years
I had a great experience, office was clean and professional. Dr.Eric was awesome. I have had bad vision for quite awhile he gotten me straightened out and they had a great selection of frames and lenses too at the right price. I feel really good about my experience I recommend them highly. Definitely a 5 star practice.
We have been going to Dr. Helwig for many years. We won't go to any other eye doctor. He is always caring and gives us the best care. He listens to what the problems are with our visions and then corrects them. I recently had a situation with my vision. He saw a problem and referred me to a specialist to follow up.
