One star for the staff and ZERO STARS FOR DR SAYANI! She is rude and doesn't answer questions or even try to explain her findings. Cancelled my follow up appointment with her, never again. My 92 yr old neighbor sees her as well. My neighbor was yelled at by Dr. Sayani for cancelling an appointment because her husband passed away! Dr Sayani told her she "didn't want to hear about it". Dr Sayani said my problem is due to cataracts. My cataracts are small my vision issue is central serous chorioretinopathy. The doctor that gave me my second opinion showed me the pictures they took of my retina and explained everything in detail. STAY AWAY FROM DOCTOR SAYANI!!!

Dr. Sayani has been outstanding. She’s helped me manage optic nerve palsy and double vision with clear guidance and effective treatment, including eye drops to prevent glaucoma. She takes the time to explain everything and never makes me feel rushed. I’m also working with her on cataract lens replacement, and I have complete confidence in her care. Her staff is highly effective, organized, and friendly—they make the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend—knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring.

Dr Sayani has an outstanding practice! She and her office staff are kind and knowledgeable and there is not an overly long wait to see the doctor. I never feel like she is having to hurry through her schedule. I have been her patient for many years and plan on continuing for years to come!

Dr Sayani and the staff are great. My mother in law, wife and I have all been patients. On a couple of occasions, we needed urgent care and they worked us in same day. Thank you for your care!

I offer no star to this practice but to post my experience it is required. Today I left the Center in protest and asked for my copay to be credited. This was my 3rd visit and on each occasion , with exception of Reception and Check Out the staff are not friendly or kind or caring. Instructions like ' follow me " are made with no introduction with their name, title or where we are going or why. Today we were ushered into the Laser Center waiting room which was not air conditioned, restroom had no paper towels and furniture is ragged. A fan was brought in, after I complained, to a now full room. After 30 minutes we were invited into the main waiting room which did offer air conditioning. No explanation was offered on the now 45 minute wait from the appointed time. I lost confidence in the professional capability of this practice. I discussed this with an office manager who took no responsibility and left. I will follow up with a professional complaint about this unhealthy situation.
