This visit was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had at the eye doctor. Dr. Tran and his team were incredible. I learned more about my own eyes in a single visit, than I have ever learned in all of my years of eye appointments. Highly recommend. Efficient, friendly, & professional. Very impressed.
This clinic is absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Daisy made the pre-exam super easy and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Dr. Tran took time to go over my results in detail and answered every question with patience and honesty I never felt rushed. Dakota helped me clear up some doubts I had about after care. Really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable they all are. Best part is they don't rush you into buying glasses from them immediately, instead they gave me some free samples. I left feeling confident about my vision care and very well taken care of. Highly recommend this team!
Dr. Tran and his team are phenomenal!!!!! Best all around medical experience I’ve ever had. The entire time explains everything step by step so at no point are you left wondering what to expect. They’re all so friendly and kind! 10/10 no edits (plus the glasses I got there are super adorable and affordable!!)
This was my first time using insurance for a vision exam and contact lens fitting, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Dr. Tran’s clinic. Before coming here, I visited another clinic and asked for an estimate of my out-of-pocket costs upfront. The staff couldn’t clearly explain my coverage, made me feel incompetent for not understanding what they were explaining, and refused to give me an estimate telling me I wouldn’t know what I owed until after the visit. That felt unacceptable, so I left. From my very first call to Dr. Tran’s office, the experience was completely different. I called the office with the same inquiries, and Mike who answered my phone call was transparent, knowledgeable, and gave me an exact out-of-pocket estimate based on the services I needed. He also got me an appointment the next day. Dr. Tran is equally impressive. He’s patient, thorough, and makes sure every question and concern is addressed. You never feel rushed or dismissed. I’m so glad I found this clinic!
I had one of the BEST experiences here. The team was very kind, friendly, and helped me pick up glasses. They were not getting annoyed, showing any kind of attitude towards me... Basically decent human beings not taking advantage of their power or taking their frustrations out on the patients. The doc was SO patient. I absolutely loved him. He explaied my diagnosis patiently, did not rush to do the tests, go over anything i had questions about. I'd recommend anyone and everyone to go to this doc.
