Very good with Children! And friendly overall. I am a single mom of three and I budget even my life, I had to pay 40$ for photos I didn’t even know I signed consent for🤦🏽♀️. 40$ I did not have available to spend by the way. Just READ all the consent forms they make you sign before hand please. But overall, great experience.

I went along with my husband to his eye appointment. Neither of us have been in years… I sent him as the Guinea pig. We started with Liz who was very knowledgeable and fun and she turned us over to the dr. He took his time and answered all of our questions. We were both so pleased I made an appointment for myself before we left!
I was nervous as I usually am to take my little to any new place. The entire staff was amazing with my kiddo who is also nonverbal and didn’t understand what was being asked of her. They took the time to do the exams twice to make sure they got accurate results. It did take multiple staff to help because again she doesn’t understand and though I was trying to help it is difficult to keep her still and yet still move her head. They were patient, kind, and caring. The process took over two hours but again that was due to the fact another staff member needed to be brought in to help and the tests had to be redone to get accurate answers. I would absolutely recommend this place and Dr. Baker. Do understand most insurances don’t cover much in terms of eyewear and basically only cover the exam. They also don’t cover much of the advanced exams but that’s an insurance issue not a clinic issue. This can make your visit to optometry clinics more expensive than one would think. My husband and I both wear glasses, we have gone to different optometry clinics and find the costs to be about the same as our insurance only covers basic exams so I knew I would be spending money if my little needed glasses and she does.
Blahhhhhh…just drove 35 minutes to arrive and find that my appointment had been canceled. No one ever called, emailed or texted me. The gentleman at the check-in counter confirmed that the computer showed they never notified me. I wasted almost 2 hours of my morning, gas money and frustration…all of which could’ve been avoided with a simple phone call, text or email. Absolutely unacceptable. I saw Dr for the first time a year ago and was not thrilled, but stuck with him to give him a second chance. After this, I 100% do NOT recommend this optometrist. Veterans and FEDVIP beneficiaries, avoid this place!
Amazing Team! We love our weekly visits Super friendly! They did an amazing job helping my son with visual therapy.
