Their receptionist is the most helpful and attentive person a business could ask for. I am always impressed with her efficiency and willingness to help. Their practice is lucky to have her! The other staff are also friendly and kind.

One of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. I was recommended for cataract surgery but the center was 3 hour round trip from my home. They made me come in five or six times for exams, measurements, etc including a pre-op four days before my first surgery. My pre-op was 90 minutes. 15 minutes after I left, they called to tell me they forgot to take a measurement and that is need to come in again before my surgery. I asked to go back right then as I was only 5 minutes away but they refused and also wouldn't let me do it the day of surgery and the caller was rude. They insisted that I take another 1/2 day off work and drive another 3 hours which I couldn't do. The hospital called the day before my surgery to confirm and said I was good to go. I called the center to confirm and they cancelled my surgery at 445 the day before. Had i not called they'd have let me drive 3 hours the day of surgery knowing it wasn't going to be performed. And they made zero attempts to reschedule and took no responsibility for their mistake. I've changed to another provider and wouldn't go back to this place if I was bleeding from the eyes.
A year ago I would have given the Center for Sight one star. My appointment yesterday was smooth from check in to seeing the doctor. Staff was professional and very nice. Questions were answered by the doctor and staff. Overall a good visit.
My appointment was better than expected. Dr. Koloms and her staff explained important information to me to help slow the progression of my DAMD. I feel much more hopeful.
Was seen by the Dr for a diabetic exam. Exam went very well the Dr explained everything he was going to do his assistant also explained to me what they were going to do. I did find out that there was a couple of issues going on so he gave me some pamphlet to read over and make a decision what I was going to do. Most likely I will have done what I have to do my eyesight is more important to me and so is my health. I would recommend anyone to go to this Eyesight Center for any sight issues that you have or consider about.
