I can't say enough good things about this place. I originally chose it for my Father because they were a preferred provider for Humana. As soon as we walked in the easily accessible first floor office we were greeted by two cheerful woman with a welcoming look on their faces. The room was bright and cheerful as well with a big picture window to look out. We were promptly taken back for vision tests in a timely manner according to our appointment time. The woman that tested my Dad was very good with him understanding he was an Alzheimer's patient. Dr Shelton was right on time as well. She was so friendly and patient with my Dad who kept telling her he didn't need glasses. She showed us his eye pictures and explained them to us. She was just a combination of friendly and professional as was the whole office. Next, we proceeded to look for frames and found very reasonable prices. We found a pair very quickly and the woman who fitted him for frames was just as pleasant and helpful as the rest of the office. This place is truly a gem.
