I had light adjustable lens surgery for my cataracts earlier this year, and it was a fantastic from start to finish. The surgery went smoothly, the lens adjustments were quick and easy, and Dr. Haugen and staff were attentive and great to work with. I can see clearly again — highly recommend Northridge Eye Care. I'd also recommend light adjustable lens to anyone with bad vision, even without cataracts.
May 2026 I would recommend Northridge Eye Care for anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor/surgeon. Dr. Haugen and his staff are very professional, friendly, caring, and informative. Dr. Haugen explained the many options I had to choose from for lenses and about the cataract eye surgery procedure. So I was aware of what would happen during surgery. The surgery facility is right next door to the main office. Which made it very convenient. I had cataract eye surgery done on both eyes and it turned out wonderful. After 46 years of wearing glasses I can now see clearly with out glasses. I do need to wear glasses for reading or up close activities. I have been a patient at Northridge Eye Center for many years. 2023 I had the cataract or my left eye removed and replaced with a light adjustable lens. Today I had the right eye cataract removed and replaced with a light adjustable lens. Dr. Haugen, Stacy Cullen and all of the Northridge Eye Center staff an excellent. I always feel I am getting the best care possible. The facility is clean and well managed. The process of both of my procedures ran very smoothly.
I went in for my pre-op for cataract surgery. I saw Wanda Feeny who is the office manager and surgery coordinator. She was the most thorough nurse I have ever had in any Dr. office. They are very lucky to have her at that office, she knows what she is doing, and she’s also very kind. Thank you Wanda for a great experience!
I'm very happy, the staff is wonderful and makes you feel right at home. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there, and the procedure went very smooth I was in and out. They explained everything I needed to do to get ready and everything I needed to do afterwards. I appreciate everyone ,they were wonderful.
