This was the place I went for my first pair of contacts when I was a teenager. I went there for years, then moved away and came back and decided to try them again since they have switched ownership. They’re absolutely not the same. The experience was good until the eye doctor sent me upfront to get trial contacts. He said they would have some That I could wear for now until mine came in. The lady in front absolutely refused to look for some, so there was no way they would have any anywhere near my prescription. I asked her if I could talk to the doctor to confirm that then she refused to let me do that. She did not wanna let me have my prescription so I could order my own. She was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I explained to her that the doctor had said that there were some I could get that day and she said that was false, and there was no way and every other eye doctor I have gone to before I’ve always left the eye exam with the trial pair She said there’s no way that’s true and was practically calling me a liar, saying no one would have that in stock absolutely horrible experience.
I have been going to Anderson Eye Care for about 3-4 years, I have a great experience, my visits always go very well. The staff are very nice and personable which I appreciate. The Dr Holt is great and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives me solutions to my problems and concerns.
I got in quickly on my appointment. They had all the latest and modern equipment. I have never had my eyes checked that thoroughly and in different rooms. Staff was very nice. I would highly recommend Anderson Eye care.
