I have been a loyal customer for many years, purchasing both reading and sunglasses..a few months ago I purchased reading and sunglases..my reading glasses are cutting into my nose and I took them to have them adjusted..I was told she couldn't work on them because if they broke that costco will not pay for fixing..I can't believe costco will not make adjustments for a better fit...I will not be purchasing glasses from costco from now on.. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get me in quickly for an exam before my insurance ran out at the end of the year. Dr. Dora discovered I had a bleed in the back of my eye and referred me out to a specialist and I was seen by them the same day. 10/10 would recommend again.

Besides the convenience of getting my groceries and my eye exam, this doctor’s office is nothing but perfection and kindness. Greeted warmly by their front desk gal, who makes everything simple and then on to your wonderful visit with whom gives you a quick and easy eye exam. Did I mention the convenience of booking an appointment? Because they make it easy.

Quick staff and very helpful in the little amount of time I had to get a contact exam. They are very reasonable priced as well! If I’m ever back in the area and need the care again, I will return!

I had a fantastic experience at Redding Vision Care optometry office! The doctor was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making the eye-check process comfortable.
