Every employee was positive and kind! That made my experience so wonderful! It shows that everyone working there is valued. Of course they are. Howeve, I’ve been to other offices and there was tension in the air! Not here everyone was relaxed and upbeat! It was a pleasure having the staff as well as the doctor treating me. Thank you all so very much!

I had a really positive experience at my eye appointment yesterday and wanted to take a moment to share it. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. It immediately put me at ease. The office itself was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made the visit feel relaxed rather than stressful. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t feel rushed at any point. The doctor was especially wonderful—very thorough, patient, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated how they made sure all my questions were answered without making me feel like just another appointment. Overall, it was a reassuring and pleasant experience. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate eye care provider.
I tried to put up a post 2 days ago but apparently they are screened because I don't see it. Dr. Bagga has been a good eye Dr, I've only had to wait for an hour on 2 occasions. She is usually good about not having to wait longer than 1/2 hr....which is long enough. Sadly her front office staff who are the people that give clients the first impression are lacking. The self check in machines are annoying, if I wanted to be a receptionist I would still be working. Recently I drove an hour and 1/2 round trip to an appointment with Dr. Bagga which upon arrival I was told that someone in the office left me a message on my phone a few days prior to cancel the appointment. I was so angry. I said what??? Clearly I didn't get it if I didn't call to reschedule. DO BETTER! If you don't speak to your client how can you be sure that you dialed the correct number? Someone should have called until they spoke to me. There was NO MESSAGE LEFT ON MY PHONE. So I had to get up extra early to get morning chores done before the heat, because I run a 501c3 animal rescue. I wasted over an hour and 1/2 after telling the front office staff how annoyed I was and I wasted 1/4 take of gas. To add insult to injury, I'm not going to be reimbursed for any of this but you know dam well that if I missed an appointment that I would be charged. ~~ Karen Hansen, CEO ~~
Fast, friendly, and efficient office! Very pleased! Was taken back from reception right on time for my appointment, check in was simple and efficient! Staff and Dr were knowledgable and professional! I recommend 100%!
5/5 Boltz Before my visit to Shasta Eye Medical Group, I was stumbling around town like a freshly reanimated corpse in a thunderstorm. My vision was so blurry and mismatched, you would honestly think my corneas had been harvested from two entirely different cadavers. Usually, the locals chase me with pitchforks when I blindly knock over waiting room chairs, but the two staff members handling my intake were a completely different story. They provided a preliminary experience so delightful and comforting, it could soothe the most savage, stitch-covered beast. They didn’t flinch at my lumbering demeanor; instead, they expertly guided me through the terrifying, glowing diagnostic contraptions—machines that usually make me grunt, "FIRE BAD!"—with absolute grace and calming efficiency. Then came the main optometrist. I have a historically terrible track record with doctors (looking at you, Victor), but this one was a total revelation. She was wonderful, impossibly warm, and brutally helpful. She didn’t sugarcoat the tragic state of my vision or waste my time with fluff. She gave it to me entirely straight, applied her top-tier medical expertise, and provided the exact spark of life my eyes needed to focus correctly. No mad science, just brilliant optometry. Now, I can clearly see the angry mobs forming from miles away. If your eyesight is a monstrous patchwork of blur and strain, drag your heavy boots to Shasta Eye Medical Group. My vision? IT'S ALIVE!
