This was my first time at this office. Everyone was super kind and efficient. It appeared the employees enjoyed working there. The doctor took time to make sure I left with a good prescription. He probably does that with everyone. Guessing that’s why I wasn’t seen on time and felt like the appointment was a bit long.
Office had an uneasy, unfriendly atmosphere. Check in would’ve been pleasant and much faster if there was some human help. Which there was after five minutes of trying at the kiosk. There were four employees watching while they could’ve been just doing it.
The staff is very friendly and polite. They take their time listening to your questions and help you with the best option for your needs without forcing anything on you. I can't wait to get my new glasses but ofcourse I'll have to lol
My eye care at Shasta eye clinic was excellent. Staff was on time. Dr. Called after surgery tocheck on mysymptoms. I do enjoyed going to Shasta eye care. My surgery care was exceptional. Anyone who had dought, don't be afraid, They have every meds to make you feel relax . No anxiety.
I injured my eye and went to my primary care doctor, who referred me to Shasta Eye Medical Group. They were able to get me in within an hour, treated and on my way home. Staff were very professional and friendly and the Doctor was fantastic. Highly recommend.
