Wonderful Staff, go out of there way for there× customers! Cheapest I found locally In redding. PAID around $150 for 2 pairs. it was buy one get one free, so I now have a set for fishing. You gals where the best, Rachel & the cute younger one I forgot her name I'm sorry The cheap ones easily scratch, pay for the special coating I did not....
I love this place! It's ran by a small team of people who all are committed to excellence. The most friendly and helpful people for your vision needs. Anytime I've needed an adjustment or new screws for my glasses they have done it quickly and for free. Been to several vision places in Redding and none are better than this!
Dr Maggie was fantastic. I've never worn glasses before but I was having vision problems and she was very thorough, yet also quick. I understood the whole process and I think she helped me make some great choices. Rachel worked with me on choosing my glasses and she was also amazing. She made great recommendations as far as shape , size and color and there was no pressure to get more expensive options. Yes, I probably could have gotten some cheaper glasses elsewhere but the service was well worth it.
The store is VERY clean! The staff was very kind, professional and personable. The optometrist is very precise in her profession and detailed in her assessment. My glasses were custom fit perfectly and I was given every option I could imagine to make sure I got everything that I needed to accommodate my eyes specifically. I highly recommend anyone who wants the BEST care for their eyes, to come here!! You will not regret it, guaranteed!!
Absolutely amazing! I'm terrible with names, and very socially awkward but they made me feel so comfortable! The testing was painless and she actually took things I said to heart and tried to get to the bottom of my discomfort with contacts. The front desk gal was also super friendly and amazing and the gentleman also was. They helped me find some awesome glasses, some pretty cool purple ones and I'm so excited! Best place ever!
