Northshore Eyecare

This was my first eye exam in years, and it was surprisingly easy. I apparently need glasses, so it was great to have so many frame options to choose from, ranging from budget-friendly to fancy. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the process of determining the out-of-pocket cost for each frame I considered and helping me find the one that fits and looks best on me. Dr. Walker was highly professional and friendly, conducting a thorough diagnostic without any discomfort.

Really clean place with nice staff! Dr. Thunya Walker was very polite and specific in her directions during my eye exam. She answered every question my mom or I had with clear explanations and described everything she was doing. I also did not feel that my eye was affected in any way after this examination. Would definitely recommend!

I came in with silly glasses that I had repaired with a bandaid until I could find some help. The staff were wonderful! Polite, professional and careful. I left with repaired and well adjusted glasses, no charge and a lot of questions answered about care and coverage. Really a great experience!

Great experience with the office staff and the doctor. Most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had. They also did a great job with my 7 year old boy who is not the most cooperative. When my teenage daughter had a trauama to her eye they were able to get her in same day.

Tho I was late (went to the Doctor who treated my cataracts) I did get there... late. Notified you that we are there. We were treated with courtesy. The exam had to be rescheduled. We didn't have to wait long for the exam. When it was completed it was time to look at frames. Frames were suggested to me that look like they will work out splendidly. I am looking forward to receiving them, it shouldn't be long.
