Northwest Eye Surgeons - Sequim

I had an incredibly positive experience. I selected Northwest Eye Surgeons for cataract surgery. Every member of the staff was welcoming, professional with positive attitudes. I felt lucky to be treated by Dr. Psolka, and his surgical team Janelle and Koutney. Fast, painless and effective. I would recommend Northwest Eye Surgeons in Sequim to anybody considering cataract surgery. It was refreshing to be treated by a medical facility where everything went smoother than expected. Appreciate everything from the greeting to the team of employees along the way. The doctor made me feel comfortable. I loved everything the the waiting room. That was truly crammed with people sitting so close to others that some of the people went out to their cars to get facemasks. Weird when the place is so nice. Anyway thankful for all the attentiveness and listening ears and good work. Wish I had an earlier appointment for my next procedure rather than July, but even the person who booked it was so nice. ♥

I had a fantastic experience at Northeest Eye Surgeons from the moment I walked in. Every one was a tentative, professional, kind and loved their job. I was greeted by a very efficient Austin at the front desk, Julia walked me through the exams and prepared me for the doctor. Julia was patient, gentle and very comforting. When Dr.Tok and Hailey her "note pad" came into the room Dr. Tok was smiling and her energy was fantastic to calm my nerves. She was compassionate and very knowledgeable. She took extra time and was extremely thorough. I left there very grateful of my decision to choose Northwest Eye Surgeons. What a great staff! Thank you for making my experience remarkable. I probably would have given 5 stars but haven't had the cateract surgery yet. During the consultation they were quick to answer any of my questions. They were professional and very helpful. I wasn't too sure about the surgery or if I really wanted to have the surgery. I left feeling confident I will be in good hands and understanding the procedure ahead.

I am extremely pleased with my Bilateral Cataract Surgery outcome. I want to thank all the Staff at the Northwest Eye Surgeons. The clinic is extremely well organized and the staff coordinates the day and time for the eye appointments. The staff are educational and explain all steps to a test or procedure. The handouts for pre and post op surgery provides informative information. Thank you so much for the care you give.
