1. When you call in for to talk to someone doing your eye care and get Freeport number and they will not transfer us to who we want which is wrong Orego office should have their own direct line. Also husband very unhappy with his eye care for glasses tbis was are first and last time using them.

From the moment you walk in the door till the eye exam, everyone here is exceptionally professional and kind! My special needs son can be very difficult to be worked with and these ladies go above and beyond to work with him and do what needs to be done to help him get through the exam. This eye doctor and the other staff are top notch with their patience and understanding and knowledge of what they're doing and working with a special needs child. Absolutely recommend this place!

Everyone there has always been very helpful and friendly! You could not find better care anywhere, unless they had a coffee machine!
