Staff who run the store are great, my experience with the eye doctor not so much, I found her to be quite rude and impatient and I hope my reading for glasses was good because I couldn't see much of the letters because she was in the way of my reading. Given the circumstances we've been under the last year and a half, I can understand that people may be nervous and have a hard time socializing but when you tell your client they don't have a right to be nervous or that they're a complicated patient, it's not polite or professional. I will pursue another store for my next exam where they treat you with dignity and kindness rather than passive aggressive sarcasm.

My husband's frame broke new year morning. He found that the vision center was opn and they said they could try and find a frame to put his lenses in for now. We went, and they did. He was in need of a new prescription anyway, and we were so far impressed he had the exam right then. He said it was the most thorough exam he's ever had and was impressed. Even though they were out of network for his insurance, we spent less than his normal new glasses! Plus, he can see until the new lenses come in...
The doctors and staff go above and beyond. They make you feel that, you the customer/patient, are top priority.
Failed to tell me about the co pays for my kids until I drove all the way here and filled out paper work. Appreciated!
