I haven't been over to this office in many years but it was a great experience. The doctor really listens and even went out of his way to get an answer for me. The staff is very nice and pleasant to work/talk with. Out of all the offices I've been to they have been the only ones to give me an answer to my headaches! I love they have Saturday available and the assistant was professional and caring! It was well worth the drive for me.

Doc and staff were very helpful and nice. They tested me every which way just to make sure that my eyes were good. (I have a few med issues) that made me feel like the priority! Thanks!

I needed to have Dr. Hogge look at my eyes, I stopped in, didn’t have an appointment and they took me right in. We have been going to him forever, he has always gone above and beyond to help us.

Very good care and the doctor did an eye exam beyond my past experience and expectations. Took their time and truly cared. Yes, it takes longer as the other reviews say, However, that is with any doctor's visit. Just be prepared. Their customer service and ability to change and understand your life and be kind is worth it. The professionalism and care are very good. The prices are very competitive if not better. Thank you for your kindness and help.

I paid for all eye exam services with cash and ordered primary glasses with secondary glasses at discounted price while waiting for new employee insurance to purchase the frames. Parker failed to order primary glasses, Tammy Zigler insisted I pay cash for secondary glasses and took a $50 payment after turning me into RRCA collection agency. I paid for glasses in full before court date (did not have either pair of glasses) and looked forward to court date to speak with judge but was only allowed to speak to a representative for RRCA collection Agency. I paid $700 for a covered secondary pair of glasses with available insurance not utilized, never did receive the primary pair, now owing over $400 in court fees.
