Ntg Vision

If you’re looking to get an eye exam I highly recomendable NTG Vision. They’re on rollingbrook between Joe Vs and Foodtown. Super sweet office (took the boys with me), Dr. Gilmore took her time explaining everything and they squeezed me in last minute. Eye exam for glasses $75, eye exam for contacts starting $140. If you’d like the retinal screening it’s an extra $20. The dilation (yes your can do both exams) is free. Will definitely be going back.

This is Jonathan , I never had bad experience like that before, I bought my eye glasses and I was seeing double objects, I brought to them for fixing but same problem again, I took 2 pictures from my eyeglass exactly what im seeing when I wear that eyeglass. I was expected 3 times money back from them every each time they said “we will call you back” nothing happened I spent 500 dollar for that eyeglass. Beware. Answer for owner , you saying “we call you and we couldn’t reach you” you guys never called me after my refund expectation . I went there three times for find a solution and nothing happened and I was expected money back you told me “we will call you back “ . Today finally I got money back 10/19/2021 just 354 dollar. No way .

First I would like to say I’m leaving this review cause I would like to help anybody needing a eye exam it’s really hard to find a good place , I know from experience! My experience here was Superb. From the friendly, warm and helpful front desk to Dr Gilmore, I love how she takes her time and answers any questions. Hard to get this kind of customer service nowadays. I've been a patient of Dr. Gilmore for years, and recommend her to anyone that needs a great optometrist. Her new office is modern and her staff is awesome! Also, her selection of eye wear is eclectic, modern, classic and affordable! Dr. Gilmore is a consummate professional and she has taken the time to assemble a dedicated, top-notch staff in order to provide her patients a great experience.

Hands down the absolute BEST establishment to get your eyes examined. In these times of an ongoing pandemic, all staff were constantly cleaning and checking visitors temperatures upon arrival. My husband and son had their first eye exam which went extremely well! Ms. Gilmore explained everything she was doing and she let my 7 yr old see the inside of his eye! He’s still in total amazement! We also had our 2 year old and 5 month old along with us and not once did we feel uninvited! I’ve been getting my eyes checked for the last 20 years of my life and my experience with Ms. Gilmore, Ms. Debbie (and I forget the other lady’s name) at NTG Vision was one never to be forgotten... in the best way possible :-)
