Great service! On a walk in appointment, I was able to have my exam, assisted with selecting 2 frames, and they were delivered. Will definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed

I purchased two pairs of glasses using an outside prescription. I was very pleased with the overall support from staff and recommendations based on my eye care needs. There were also a variety of selections to choose from including traditional and sunglasses. It was a great experience overall and I would purchase again.

I ordered glasses from here and it has taken over three months for me to receive them. I contacted their offices several times and not a single staff.Person knew where my glasses were. I am still waiting for them. The glasses are cute, but the service stuff is just terrible in communicating properly.What has happened to the glasses that you paid for. Please don't go here with your optical concerns. After three months, i'm still waiting for my glasses..

Where do I start? Service, Quality, Price! Absolutely the best, now I did have a slight issue with my prescription that I brought in but they way they handled things showed just how much they care about their customers. They explained what I was paying for and took time to help me find the perfect pair!! I’m forever part of the NV family you should be to!!!❤️❤️
