Dr OBrien and staff are the most friendly, courteous, professional group one could be associated with. I had the opportunity to use Dr OBrien ,Sr (who came highly recommended by the University of Tennessee Department of Ophthalmology) when he was located on Stateline Road in Southaven. Have been a patient for number of years and have always been treated with respect. I highly recommend this practice.
As a new patient they helped me feel welcome and answered any questions I had. The front desk staff were amazing, especially Elaina! Dr. O’Brien was very thorough with his exam. Holly and Jae were expectational at helping me with optical questions. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Upon entering the facility, the Front Office Staff provided pleasant greetings. The entire facility is very neat and clean. There was little to no wait time for triage. My Physician, Dr. Brown, was very thorough with my examination. I'd highly recommend O'Brien Vision Center to those that want exceptional vision care.
I had a new patient visit today and it was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff, technicians, optometrist, and lense specialist were all professional, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. They all listened and addressed my concerns. Are you looking for an optometrist? My first appointment with O'Brien's was today. They were very organized, and I filled out all necessary paperwork last week. They were friendly and fast at reception. Technology and testing is top rate. Dr. Wilson was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and ready to review and explain my test results. The techs were so helpful while I chose my reading glasses. Everyone was familiar with what my insurance provides. I've found my new eye doctor! 😉👍
