I have an amazing experience every time I visit my eye doctor. The service is always quick, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take time to answer all of my questions and make sure I’m getting the best options with my insurance. I truly feel cared for and well-informed every visit. Highly recommend them!
This was my first time for using this facility and I really appreciate how warm and welcoming everyone was and they were very patient with me and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to make up my mind. They explained everything and just made me feel comfortable, I highly recommend this clinic and look forward to a long relationship with this clinic.
Honestly the best eye exam experience I've had. All the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt feel out of place or that I wasn't welcome. They were quiet busy but it was a peaceful place. Staff moved with readiness to help you and make sure you had everything you needed.
I waited 2 hrs to be seen. I was ok with that until the employee for the glasses fitting walks up to me. She tells me that the pricing is on the glasses. In my head, I'm like duh. Common sense? Keep in mind this isn't my first appointment and she has my file in her hand with my prescription. If I just told you the glasses I have on I purchased from here, then why did you keep repeating yourself? She was so rude and nasty attitude. I took my prescription and left.
There is nothing wrong with professional and prompt services at DeSoto Eye Care. I was having an eye issue burning, trashy felt like something else was going on with my eye. Everything I tried did not work for me, so I called for an appointment with Dr Alan Schaeffer, MD at DeSoto Eye Care Center He is very caring about his patients and each situation is different. He knows the importance of his performance and being professional in his hands on experience. God's sent blessing through Dr Alan Schaeffer to assisting his children a part of His process. I was able to get an appointment the next day or go to the other location in Olive ranch,Ms the same day an evening appointment. Thank you Dr Alan Schaeffer MD and your professional performance staff members. The eyes are very important to me and you got the professional skills. I know you cares about us wanting to see.
