The ladies at the Walmart Vision Center in Horn Lake went above and beyond for me today. I stopped by with a vision concern and asked if there was anything they could do to help. After I thanked them and continued shopping, they actually took the time to track me down in the store because they had found a solution for me. In a world where so many people do only what's required, these ladies went the extra mile. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help did not go unnoticed. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. Thank you for caring enough to go above and beyond for your customers. Exceptional customer service like that is hard to find these days, and it deserves to be recognized.

Hornlake Walmart vision center is the best ..they helped me pick out my new glasses amd they were all nice

Highly recommend. The staff at Walmart vision center were all kind, helpful and professional. They were very patient with me while I decided on which pair of glasses I wanted. Also well informed on the types of lenses I could possibly get for my prescription. Loved that it didn’t take long at all through the process of my exam as well as the time it took for my glasses to come in.

Sherri is always very helpful and informative even when Im only inquiring about a pair of my glasses that I already have. Highly recommend her and the vision center at this location.
