This is hands down THE BEST, let me say it again, THE BEST vision center I’ve been too. I found my new optometrist. The care is beyond exceptional. First let me start with eye doctor. She was very attentive. Answered every question I had, no rush. She explained things well. She was patient and kind. No complaints. Now, let me tell you about the side where you go and get your glasses. Mrs Deborah is my favorite. This lady has soooo much patience. lol no joke. I must’ve tried on about 40 pair of frames. I’m sorry Mrs Deborah, I’m very indecisive. 😬🥴 But with all of my shenanigans, she remained professional, calm, engaging, she nevertheless got impatient or irritated. She helped me out all the way through to my final selection and purchases. I can say the same for Natasha and Thondra. Great customer service!! No I meant to say EXCEPTIONAL!! The center was clean. I witnessed them wiping down areas and taking special care to sanitize after each customer. The frame selection is superb!!! So many to choose from. If you are searching for a new eye doctor, search no more. GO now….. RUN to make that appointment and check them out. You’ll be glad you did. ❤️🔥😊😁🥳👏🏾😎😎😎😎

Dr. Dowdy is the best eye doctor I've EVER had! She is extremely thorough and takes all the time you need to explain everything she sees. She also takes extra pictures of the back of your eye and shows you that picture, explaining what she sees. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable! I would recommend her 100 times over to anyone who wants to be well taken care of! She also has the latest contacts. She fit me in some contacts that the last doctor I saw didn't have. These are the newest multifocal lenses and I love them!

I took my 6 year old daughter to Dr. Heather Dowdy for an eye exam. My daughter has ADHD and anxiety, and is usually nervous with new experiences. I spent a whole week preparing her for this visit, telling her everything they would do and letting her know that the doctor would be super friendly! I was wrong. Dr. Dowdy told my daughter multiple times to “stop acting like a baby” and that “there was nothing to be scared of”, each time my daughter was hesitant to comply with the exam. I had to talk over the doctor each time to let my daughter know that it was perfectly okay to have anxiety, even if there really wasn’t anything scary. If the appointment hadn’t been almost over when Dr. Dowdy started this, I would’ve left. It’s going to be pretty hard to convince my daughter that eye doctors are “super friendly” again.

She has been our family optometrist for years now and she has always been very kind and a great eye doctor. She was great when we found out my son needed glasses and has always been a good doctor. Would recommend.

This is the first eye doctor in over a decade to test me for color blindness (I'm not, but I really appreciate it.) She was in-depth and found the "occasional" dry eye I had was not "occasional" and was borderline severe. She took her time to explain everything to me, answer questions, and gave suggestions of eye drops. I was very, very impressed with her and will be back.
