I visited the office today with my mother, and I was concerned about the cleanliness of the business. When we were first examined by the front desk associate, she didn't wipe down any of the equipment. We brushed past this, and we decided to continue our visit. A nice White-American couple came out from their visit with Ms. Ambrosino, and they chatted before we were told to come in. After our visit, Ms. Ambrosino asked her front desk associate to wipe down the room. This is when I immediately recalled that she never asked the associate to clean the room or attempt to do it herself before using her equipment on us. We had already overlooked the hair all over the chairs and floors, but once I realized that she didn't even care to clean before we went into the room, I knew that I would never return which is disappointing since the office is conveniently attached to Sam's Club in order to get my glasses immediately after appointments.
