Me personally i will be going back to my old eye doctor in germantown, doctor asked me if i even needed glasses… like why else would i be there? And after days and days of calling to see if it was ready a month later my prescription was faxed over to my job. So unprofessional, my bf was also trying to order contacts for over a week and they said the lady who does that wasn't in and they weren’t going to be able to place the order. Once he was able o get them ordered he waited weeks and called they said they weren't ready, comes to find out they've had them since last week and didn't know. WOW.

It was very pleasant, Haylie explained everything as we went through every test let me know exactly what she was going to do and what each piece of equipment would do so I knew what to expect. I definitely would recommend Toyos Clinic to friends and family.

I am editing my first review because I found out the Southaven office still has the equipment down that they needed to test me, so I went to the Memphis clinic and Dr. Moore is amazing. I will never go to another eye doctor again! She’s amazing! I had a scratched cornea a few weeks who and she immediately got me in and got it taken care of! I left feeling better immediately from that! She has been great to work with for my dry eye issues. Her recommendations and treatments have helped so much! I’m still not 100% but no doubt she will get me where I need to be!

45 minute wait time after my appointment, and I am still waiting for my glasses after a month. Every time I call, I get transferred, and have to leave a message that never gets responded to.

Toyos clinic is the best in the area. I won't go anywhere else.
