I had an amazing experience at Pearl Vision. I’ve worn glasses my whole adult life and have never had such an excellent frame selection experience! Have Olivia help you find frames to flatter your face! She’s amazing!

I highly recommend Olivia, the Apprentice Optician at this location (visited in March 2026). I had some issues with my previous pair of glasses and Olivia took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong even though I was clueless and struggled to articulate why my vision felt off with them. She described it as "fish bowl vision," which was spot on, then repaired and adjusted my old frames and helped me pick out a new pair that were perfect, a huge improvement to my previous pair. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and I would trust her not only with vision issues but also for any routine visit, as she went above and beyond to help me pick out frames that matched my style and face. Thank you, Olivia!

My daughter's and I had a amazing experience here. Everyone was very professional and very helpful with choosing our glasses. Will definitely recommend and we will definitely return for every eye exam.

Associates are either woefully misinformed or downright dishonest! Contact lens exam on 5/2; was told trial lenses would be ordered (prescription wasn’t in stock). Called 6/12 to inquire about the order. First, the associate said no order was placed as the trials were provided at the appointment. When I reiterated they were supposed to be ordered, he changed his tune and said, “Oh, due to a high prescription, these take longer to ship but they’ll be in next week.” [Note: I’ve never known astigmatism to result in exceptionally longer shipping times]. Call again on 6/19 and speak with another associate. This person says, “the order was placed on 6/12 and hasn’t arrived, but I see in the system it should definitely be in today.” When I questioned the 6/12 date (considering the exam was 5/2!), he placed me on hold and came back to say, “an order was placed 5/3, but with a high prescription, system changes, and logistical challenges, we reordered the trials on 6/12.” Well, which is it?! Meanwhile, someone isn’t able to see clearly! Yet again, I call on 6/20 and speak to a third person. Now, she admits my inquiry on 6/12 prompted an order to be placed, prior associates were looking at the wrong screens/systems/notes, and the order should be in by 6/25. Nearly 2 months later: contradicting stories, still no trials, unclear eyesight, and extreme lack of trust and confidence in Pearle Vision - Pittsford!

Absolutely terrible experience. After paying for an eye exam, they refused to provide access to my own HIPAA-protected medical information because I chose not to buy contacts through them. It felt manipulative and retaliatory — like they were trying to pressure me into making a purchase to receive records I already paid for. No patient should have to fight for access to their own medical information. Extremely unprofessional business practices and a complete lack of respect for patients’ rights. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
