Had a lovely appointment today. Dakota did my eye exam and he was so personable and knowledgeable, this practice is lucky to have him! Dr. Nally was also very easy going and gave me lots of detailed options for my treatment plan which I always appreciate. All of the staff is so friendly and I highly recommend!
Been going at the Brighton office from years, very professional and friendly staff. Had eye exams few weeks ago and dropped off my glasses to new prescription. Pick up 3 weeks ago and had headaches with new glasses called the Brighton office and they asked me to walk in and they will check my glasses. Went to see optician lady with accent wasted my 20 minutes while I was sitting there she was playing with her hair and acted so ridiculous no help at all, after 20 minutes I ask her if someone can help me. She sent me to the other gentleman and he did help me at the same time he was not happy because lady who was helping me went to lunch and didn’t check with him front of me he said I can’t babysit my coworker. I never see staff acting like pre school kids. Hate to write bad review, but Rochester Regional needs to know if there’s staff is doing what they are getting hired for.
Enemy in to Rochester Eye Associates today to have my glasses adjusted and the 2 women working there were so nice and helpful. My glasses were adjusted so well. Great experience.
I have just switched to this place after my insurance stopped covering my previous eye doctor. I have only visited the glasses department, but Allen was truly incredible. He was able to answer ANY question I had. He took the time to thoroughly explain concepts that were unfamiliar to me and explained every step along the way AND why, which speaks to his strengths as a high quality provider. Allen displayed exemplary customer service and was an absolute joy to work with. I cannot recommend him and this place enough!!!!!
I am not understanding the negative reviews. I have been coming here for years and find everyone very nice and the care is wonderful. It is so convenient having optical right there, I come out of my appt and order my glasses which come in timely. They are so helpful.
