Had a great and quick experience @ The Forum Warby Parker. The staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Most importantly they were not pushy. I was able to find the right lenses, scan my Rx and place my order in under 30 minutes! The price and quality is great and Summer, my sales rep, should get a raise!
I went in to Warby Parker open to either just looking or buying. I decided to go ahead & get an eye exam because the price of the exam was very affordable. The customer service of the salespeople, the doctor & the doctor’s assistant was very attentive, caring, and genuine; this definitely made my experience more pleasant. I took my time looking for frames - I never felt rushed or that I was a bother. I appreciated the very extensive eye exam & found frames I really like, that I know I’ll enjoy wearing. I definitely would give this store a five star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great experience, nice store with friendly staff. The eye doctor was great, he did not try to oversell anything and indicated one of my specific prescriptions was adequate but was optional to update - probably good for another year if I am comfortable with the eyesight I have using them. Pricing on frames and services is very reasonable - lot's of trendy options as well as conservative
We went into Warby Parker to get a backup pair of glasses for my 11yo. Sandra, one of the opticians at this location, was so kind and helpful with my son. She spent a generous amount of time with him making sure that the pupillary measurements and the rest of the glasses were going to be a precise fit. Additionally, Sandra went above and beyond by repairing my son’s non Warby Parker glasses, and she fit them to his face. My son was so happy to have his originally glasses fitting better than before, and he’s got a backup pair on the way from Warby Parker. Customer service here is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend giving WP a try.
