I had a great experience at Warby Parker in Valley Fair today! I accidentally broke my glasses while on vacation in Amsterdam, so I needed a replacement. My previous pair was the Louise in Rose Tortoise, but they unfortunately were discontinued. I was looking for something with a similar style and color, since I loved my previous frames. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and immediately shown several cat-eye tortoise options that fit exactly what I was looking for. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire process quick and easy. After trying on a few styles, I decided on the Clarice in Terrazzo Tortoise. They quickly pulled up my account, updated it with my new prescription, measured my pupillary distance, and completed my purchase efficiently. Overall, the experience was seamless from start to finish. I appreciated how friendly, organized, and helpful the team was. I recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and an stress-free eyewear shopping experience.
Staff was super warm and friendly. Although there was trouble with my insurance (on my end because I didn't pay for vision) the staff still tried to find other ways to see if we could get the eye test covered. I already knew going in I was going to pay out of pocket, but I appreciated their willingness to keep trying to help me out. The Optometrist who conducted my eye test was so sweet and knowledgeable. She walked me through all the different options and process at the end. We had such a nice conversation and she was just so lovely. The woman who checked me out was also sweet and wasn't a pushy salesperson. She was patient with me while I was trying to figure out which frames I wanted and gave me advice, like I was shopping with a friend. Overall I had a very nice and warm experience at this location, especially for my first time buying a pair of glasses!
Shout out to Angelica for adjusting three pairs of glasses for me until they fit perfectly. She is a wizard. I visited multiple times to try out frames, get an eye exam, and adjust my frames after they arrived. It's a well run store and all the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly every time.
The staff at this location was so kind and helpful! They were all quick to assist me with different colors of frames I was interested in trying and were very knowledgeable about frame styles for different face shapes. I'm quite indecisive and they were incredibly patient and attentive even though it was close to closing time. Great first experience with Warby Parker and their team, I can't wait to receive my glasses!
