This is my fourth and final year as a patient here. While the doctors are friendly and kind, the administrative side of things is a disaster. I only need to visit once a year, but each time, they are significantly late. Last year, I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time, and today, I waited another 45 minutes after the scheduled time. Please, everyone, we all have work to do! This show a clear lack of respect for patients. Horrible experience. I'm done with this place.

They are a very efficient organization. All the techs are quite competent. I saw Doc J for the first time as Dr Erickson retired. She is terrific!

Been going there for over a decade! Everyone there at the Birmingham office is fantastic; from the front desk reception & billing thru all the nurses/techs/physician's assistants right on up to Dr. Maria Jancevski M. D.! They are very helpful and considerate; just a pleasure all around!

Dr Jancevski is very personable & knowledgeable. Answers all of my questions & explains the results of the tests. I am confident that any issues with my vision will be noted & addressed. Highly recommend this practice.

The staff here is very nice and thorough. My appointments were quick but my questions were answered. Dr. Erickson has great bedside manners and did not rush anything which i appreciate 👏🏼
