Had a great experience, I was having a warranty Issue. I called over the phone to Oakley’s and they told me to go to a website. I went down the rabbit hole and it just didn’t work out. The next time I was nearby I came in to Oakley’s vault and the store manager Jacob was very helpful. I highly recommend going to the store. Great customer service they went above and beyond to help me out.

The Mebane Oakley store was excellent and is one of my favorite stores. Jacob the sales guy was top notch and most helpful. Oakley has the best quality and so many choices. They always have great sales staff in their stores.

I wasn’t expecting to write a review for Oakley ever but I had an excellent experience the other day. The store manager, Jacob, is a star. He was so friendly and helpful to myself and my partner, gave me additional info about my prescription Oakleys, and helped make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He hung out with for a while giving insight into the different lenses until we felt we could make a good choice. Jacob even showed us how to remove and replace lenses on our specific frame model. Super helpful! If I am ever back in the market for sunglasses or need to give a recommendation to someone else, Jacob is the first person I will think of and buy from. By far one of the best interactions I’ve ever had while shopping
