Was greeted by the young man at the counter, asked how could he help. Asked if he had replacement lens for flak. Asked if I wanted polarized, I let him know just plain black and greenish lens, he had both. Asked if he would replace the current lens with the new lens I puri, he said no problem. Amazing Customer Service.

Staff was friendly, knowledge and helpful. They patiently helped me while I picked out replacement lenses on my 9 year old frames. Location is in the outdoor mall, which is good if your at the mall, but bad if your looking for a quick stop.

I called ahead to let them know I was purchasing prescription Oakley glasses on the Oakley site and I wanted to know if they would measure my PD. The in-store rep said to come to the store and they could do the measurements there and place the order. I asked if they would match the online price and he said to bring in a screenshot of my cart from oakley.com. I took the screenshot and brought it with me. I took the time and gas to drive there. The in store price was $270 more than the online price and they would not even try to discount it at all. The rep lied to me, and wasted my time. Zero stars.

The customer service here is amazing. Not only was my husband guided throughout his entire purchase process with patience, Brenda Brahimi, our sales associate, went to the ends of the earth to fully answer my husband's questions and assist my husband in making a decision to purchase the perfect Meta Oakley Sunglasses!!! Thank YOU, Brenda!!

This is my third pair of sunglasses from the Oakley store at Fashion Valley Mall. All of the staff members were professional and extremely helpful in answering my questions in order for me to make the right call on the frame. Truly appreciate them.
