I'm a long time Oakley customer. I've owned six or seven pairs of Oakley prescription glasses over the years, two of them bought at this location. Yesterday afternoon I came in to shop for another pair, wearing my Oakley prescription glasses. Two employees were at the counter when I walked in. I browsed on my own, starting with the sunglasses up front and working my way back to the prescription frames. Eventually a third employee came out from the back and offered to help. I had questions about the Holbrook line. He couldn't answer them and said he'd go get the optician. He came back with an iPad instead and started looking things up on the Oakley website. Every question I asked got the same answer: I don't know. The whole time, the optician and the other employee stayed up at the register carrying on a personal conversation, laughing. The optician never came over. I finally told the guy helping me that maybe I should just go check the website and figure it out myself. He said sure. That was the end of it. I walked out. If their customer service requires me to research the product on my own, there's no reason to drive to the Galleria. I won't be back.

Went in because the rubber nose piece fell off, just looked at me and said “we don’t have em” and that was it. Didn’t offer any info on how to help a customer out where to find one or how to get one. Been buying Oakley’s for 30 years and this really bummed me out. Used to be the most helpful company.
Fernando helped me pick out my first pair of Oakleys today. Great experience
I went to check out the new Meta glasses with the intention of buying them, but the person at the counter was openly rude and acted in a racist and discriminatory way by refusing to assist me. Because of that, I only tried on the glasses in the store and will be purchasing them online instead. It’s unacceptable that someone would judge me based on my appearance and cause the store to lose a $500 sale.
I had a great experience while visiting this Oakley store. Basically the only sunglasses brand I wear are Oakleys so I really wanted to visit this store. My current sunglasses is their Gauge 8 L and I accidently push it in so I wanted to see if this store had it. They actually did and I was able to look at it so I can shape my sunglasses back into the proper shape. I was also able to check out other sunglasses and see their new products. They also have shirts, hats and etc here as well. The store looked pretty stocked so they might have the sunglasses you're looking for.
