Alex was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge of your products and the way he was extremely attentive but yet gave me my space to make decisions before I purchased was fantastic. I was looking for a pair of glasses for my friend who was in hospital and couldn’t come in person so we ended up having to FaceTime and then walk around the shop. Alex immediately noticed this and came across and said that he would help in any way he could in finding the right glasses for my friend. He quickly identified the models of glasses I was attempting to find. He wasn’t pushy, but reminded me of the offer of 50% on the second pair so I thought why not. If I could’ve tipped him, I would. If he is a product of your in-house training program then congratulations you’re doing a fantastic job, keep up the good work. If it was just his natural demeanour, then you have an employee who is worth his waiting gold.

Excellent service, great sales people and managers. From now on I will be purchasing my Oakley’s from that store. The Oakley on line service is very disappointing and not responsive or reliable at all. I had an issue with my lenses and in Oakley Vault B166 they took care of it and honored me with a 20% discount. Thank you Hamza and the gentleman who helped me but unfortunately didn’t get his name. I visited the store today 7/5/26 at 1:05pM.

I bought a pair of black and white vanguard Meta sunglasses from Alex, who was an amazing employee at this store. He answered all of my questions about them brief and clear, and his customer service was very admirable!!! I would give him 10 stars if I was able to!!!

Went to browse the Oakley store at the SF outlets. Alex demonstrated the brand new transitional Meta glasses. He was thorough and provided a great demonstration of the product. SOLD!! Exceptional customer service

Excellent service at the Oakley store at the San Francisco Outlets. I was helped to find glasses that fit my road cycling needs. Staff member was quite helpful as I was not even sure of what style & lenses to choose when I entered the store.
