If I could give Derek at the King of Prussia Oakley 100 stars, I absolutely would! He is hands down one of the best customer service professionals I have ever met. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer every question while making sure I found exactly what I needed. Derek is everything customer service should be and then some. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail turned a simple shopping trip into an outstanding experience. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way he does. Oakley is incredibly lucky to have someone like Derek representing their brand. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. If you're visiting the King of Prussia location, do yourself a favor and ask for Derek—you won't be disappointed. I worked Derek. He was amazing. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I needed prescription transition glasses for indoor and outdoor sports. He was very engaging, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend!

I went into the Oakley store inside the King of Prussia mall and was immediately greeted and welcomed to the store by sales specialist Juan, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I had lost my voice prior to going into the store but he didn't allow that to stop him from helping me. He helped me pick out a great pair of shades for my fiancé that was notorious for buying shades from Five Below lol. I will definitely come back to this store the next time I'm in the market for more shades.

The help I got from the Oakley store at King of Prussia Mall was exceptional—and necessary when I bought my biking glasses. First, the store rep explained why the frames I chose online were inferior to the ones he recommended, due to his frames providing a wider vision while riding. Second, he handled my insurance right in the store for my prescription, saving me from having to do it separately with my insurer. This is a great example of why we need to support our retail stores!
