O store in Loveland is incredible. The only place I go for prescription lenses. The best quality, no pushy sales people, the brand and their innovation do all the selling. High level of integrity and customer service there.

I had a brief, totally satisfying exchange with Dillon. I live outside the country and needed to replace my Flak lenses when visiting family in Colorado. The store had them in stock, put them aside, and Dillon had them in hand before I finished telling him my name. Great service. No confusion. 5 stars.

Dillon and Kevin at the Centerra store in Loveland did a great job ensuring that my prescription Holbrook were processed accurately and in a timely matter. They communicated with me through the process to keep me updated on the arrival of my order, then made sure the fit was perfect and the prescription was correct. This is why I go to the physical store instead of just buying an online.
