I spoke to Erika today and she was the most cheerful lovely presence in this world for me I just called to get assistance with my sons glasses expecting just another long call on the phone but no this eye specialist was exceptional so kind patient and beyond her attitude and the fact that she sounded like she was relating to me n not just doing her job was outstanding, thank you Erika you don't know this but my mom passed away recently and I've been a wreck today you have made my day n have made me just look at life so beautiful again thank you vision work for hiring such an exceptional professional employee " thank you because she not only did her job she made my day" thank you ERIKA GOD BLESS YOU !!!

Never a 1-2 appointment thing. I have been going here for years. And ever single time, every location, I have had issues. Now I can’t see after 3 appointments and $120… I don’t know about yall, but I did not ask to be blind and the prices here are actually disgusting. You are way better off getting an appointment elsewhere and just ordering online. Also side note is that the people in there must take a hatred pill or something before their shift. So unpleasant and unprofessional. Every time I asked for a small adjustment to my glasses, eyes were rolled. I just feel like people who are going to be in any field like this needs to have a certain level of kindness and compassion. And that is not what I have ever received here. And yes it really sucks because this is supposed to be a simple process but it never is. I am so incredibly frustrated with this company.

They are just, “ok” the doctor was nice. The staff is ok. I didn’t get an update on my contacts when they said they would be here in 10 days. I had to reach out to them and they said it’d be another week. I got my eye exam and contacts ordered and luckily they gave me a spare so that’s good but overall I have had better experiences

Visionworks provided excellent service from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive. The exam was thorough, and they took the time to answer all my questions. Their selection of frames was impressive as well. Highly recommend.

The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got in right at my appointment time. The doctor was very good. He was recommended by a friend because I needed a new optometrist and I would go to him again.
