Kris at the Vacaville Oakley Vault was super helpful and informative. Store has a good selection of product so one should be able to settle on something. I was hesitant to purchase the demo model off the shelf at full price so Kris assisted in initiating a mail order. Mind, this premium brand isn't cheap (my new polarized Neoforma cost $200+) but my 40 years of phone calls and visits to Oakley stores from Vacaville to San Jose to NYC taught me how great customer service is worth it. Don't sleep on extensive assertment of clothing, accessories and flip-flops.

Andrea and Ashley were very knowledgeable and helpful yesterday and today! They helped me with my unique situation more than they know! Thank you both! Will be excited to return to the store in the future!

I knew what o wanted and I needed and was in a hurry. I could not find what I came there to get and one of the workers noticed I was in a hurry and unable to find what I needed. She asked me a couple of questions and was able to pull out exactly the gascans I needed from the drawer. Without her attentiveness it would have taken longer in a moment I didn’t have an extra minute to spare.

The staff at Vacaville are very helpful and professional. Mahmoud and Ashley helped us several times and they work hard and they truly try to sell you Oakley products. Met Kris today and she was helpful too. Bought 4 pairs of Metas and some cold weather gear!
