Best, most thorough eye exam ever! I feel great about my new prescription and all the staff- from the doctors to front desk reception- are amazingly thorough and accommodating! I bought frames elsewhere due to the selection but that’s no big deal because paying once for quality frames I love that I need to wear everyday is far better than choosing something of less quality or that I’m not happy with aesthetically. So glad my Primary Care Doctor referred me here!

I love coming to Horie Optometry. I always have a great experience. Dr Horie is kind, understanding and works great with children. The staff are so friendly. There is a big selection of glasses to choose from, as well as the colors. If there isn't a pair of glasses available, they always go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy with what you want. Also, if you can't reach them by telephone, they have an email address set up to reach them. They are great at getting back to you very fast. I never experience any problems. Ive been a customer for years now. Thank you again Dr Horie and staff for providing my family with outstanding service.

The Optometrist is wonderful highly recommend!! This review is specifically about the African American receptionist. Got my glasses told if I need any adjustments I don't need an appointment. Well I needed an adjustment, they were sliding down. Walked in Asian lady, I think, helped me no issues. Unfortunately they were rubbing and I was getting a headache. I left work early to get there by 5pm. Got there at 4:48pm door locked, I knocked she says they are closed I tell her my glasses are broken. She again says were closed. Even though the sign states open until 5pm on Mondays. Come back today Tuesday, and she is there. Tell her about issues with my glasses she fixes them. I ask why couldn't she fix them yesterday. She says I needed an appointment. So technically I needed an appointment but she still helped me. Such a liar, unless she is saying the other lady was a liar saying I didn't need an appointment. My recommendation is if she is there ask for another person to help you.

3 stars for the eye doctor for being the only one to ever get my prescription right. This whole time I’ve been waiting on my frames and was told they were ordered and would take a few weeks. I email them and they say the order failed so now I have to come in to the store to pick out frames. Here I am thinking they maybe arrived by now. No one ever called me or communicated that

They never answer the phone! I left many voicemails in hopes to a call back to pick up my glasses that been sitting for almost 3 wks which they never notified me of, said they left a voicemail and I never received one! I literally called 8 times today different times and they didn’t pick up none!! Just bad customer service!
