I called this store to check current Oakley HSTN Transition Lens inventory and pricing. The sweetest lady Tia answered the phone and immediately assisted me and even offered to check out the door pricing before I could even ask! I subsequently showed up in store to purchase the item Tia remembered who I was from the call earlier and had the lenses ready for me. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. The store itself was clean and fully stocked with just about everything you could need from Oakley from frames to accessories. Highly recommend this location and highly recommend working with Tia for all your Oakley needs!

Great store associates that were personable and professional. They knew the products and helped with my indecisiveness. I left with the perfect sunglasses for me. I appreciated the wonderful customer service. We will definitely be returning.

The worst customer service you will ever experience! They make you run in circles for weeks when you file a warranty claim and then claim they closed your claim because you didn’t accept an offer that never existed. You have to chat, can’t get anyone to pickup a phone and have a conversation with you. Buyer beware The seller replied with instructions like I haven’t completed these steps. I’ve “chatted” for over 5 hours with service reps trying to get the warranty claim completed online to be told that my offer had been rescinded and I need to resubmit a new claim.

The service my husband and I received was amazing. She helped me get new products to get my 10 year old Oakley's better looking, helped me pick out a new pair of Oakley's, showed my husband everything about the new Meta's, and showed me how to order a customized pair for my next purchase. We only went in to fix the broken legs on my old one's and we walked out with a new pair and what the upcoming new pair my husband will be getting very soon. She was absolutely wonderful.
