I had such a great experience with them! They took my prescription out of my old frames and put them in my new frames with no issues. Will for sure come back and see them again.

Trina was wonderful helping me . She helped me and my special needs daughter and I appreciate Trina kindness. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She works at the Walmart vision center in locust grove ga .
I am very disturbed by the excuses that Angie gave. She wouldn’t transfer me to the doctors side so I could get my contact lens prescription verified. She claimed the doctor was off until FEBRUARY!! I just spoke with Melissa yesterday stating that they would send the paperwork back by the end of the day. Angie just kept repeating herself that she was by herself and busy helping customers, and that she didn’t work yesterday (Translation: NOT MY PROBLEM!). I will be sure to never go to this location EVER again. I would advise anyone to do the same.
Twice while visiting the vision center I've had awful interactions with vision center associate Angie. The most recent time, August 23rd, I arrived at the vision center to see a sign staying someone would return from lunch at 3:40 pm. I waited until 4:45 before anyone returned. When I spoke with Angie regarding this unexplained absence, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. She loudly asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?!" I replied that an apology would be nice for my time wasted, but I did not receive one. I asked for the manager's contact information and was told she was out of town and if I wanted to speak with her, I could call Monday. I did so and unfortunately, I was met with the same unconcerned attitude by vision manager Donna. Donna repeated to me the familiar phrase, "What do you want me to do about it?" and granted me that "I never have problems with Angie, so it must be you." I can see where Angie gets her poor customer service from when Donna is setting the example. Dr. Donovan is a fantastic optometrist, but I hate that you have to go through the vision center just to get to her. I now plan to take my business elsewhere.
they are very great to me. They fix my glasses when no one else would I will definitely come back for my next pair!!
