Best decision I ever made !! Dr. Takle was exceptional. The staff were very warm and welcoming and I love how they put your mind at ease. My surgery went great and I can see better than I did before I wore glasses and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst doctor in the world. They are very inconsiderate of people money and time. I have been trying to get a procedure done since march 1st of this year. They have had me request off work 6 times to have this done and wait until the day of the procedure to tell me he would not be able to complete this procedure. Today it has happened to me again and I will not be making another appointment. They don’t even have the decency to refer me to someone else.

My Mother, sister and self have all used Dr Takle was great and we had excellent experiences. I recommend my husband and he’s had a terrible experience with actual getting his glasses and follow up because he new $2000.00 worth of glasses (3 pair) Are all blurry. It took more than 2 weeks to get his new glasses. After wearing them for a day he called because he knew they were not right. Finally after a few calls to the office the finally made him an appointment. Waited in waiting room a long time then shuffled from room to room in back. Still waiting for Doctor to correct lenses.?? I don’t appreciate anyone taking our time for granted. This should have been a quick simple fix that’s turned into way too much waiting!! So disappointed!! 6/26 - We were scheduled with a new doctor, Dr Pigg our appointment was at 9:10am it’s now 10:35 and we still haven’t seen Dr Pigg. Ridiculous that Drs of all types think we owe them a 1/2 day for what should be a 30 minute visit. When he finally came in I was shocked and very annoyed by his arrogance and lack of manners with an 80+ yr old patient. We will NEVER be seeing Dr Pigg again.

Frankly, I don’t see how this practice is still in business, not because of the cataract surgeries, but because of the HORRIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF. Numerous family members of mine have gone there but we won’t be returning, and my granddaughter had made the decision to go forth with Lasik surgery. The message saying the average wait time to speak to someone is 2 minutes, well today I’ve called twice with a total hold time of 23 minutes and then got the leave a message deal. The billing department has ignored me for weeks. The pre-op girl in the Griffin office is a joke too regarding communication. It’s been a VERY BAD, FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. Dr. Takle is a good doctor but apparently doesn’t care about the lack of performance of his administrative staff. Good luck Dr. Takle, you’re gonna need it.

Great Eye Center. Dr. Takle and the entire staff are outstanding. They're miracle workers!! The office runs smoothly with a very capable group of professionals. My husband had eye surgery at the Takle Eye Group. Everything went well, and he is very pleased. I highly recommend Takle Eye Group.
