The team at this location is very knowledgeable and professional. They are the reason I choose to shop in-store instead of ordering online! I had a great experience at the Oakley store in Boca Raton. Olivia who helped me was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I highly recommend this location if you're looking for quality products and a team that truly knows what they're doing.
Went in today and Oliva helped me ( She is a rockstar ) order replacement lenses for my Oakley Crank Shaft sun glasses. Had alot of trouble doing it myself online, Within minutes she had it handled! She had a great customer service ethic.
Great store, transparent pricing and product quality. Have had a pleasant experience all 4 times I came. Scott is very knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful. He held an unparalleled standard of business transparency that is rare in the world today, and tried his best to match me with a product and explain any risks that could happen and the suggested alternative if I was worried about that. We talked about the research behind glasses, and the whole mechanism behind the lenses and how the frame refitting worked. I got the feeling that he had my interests at heart, and his genuine nature won me over so I didn’t return glasses that didn’t seem to fit at first. After over two months of wearing them, I can safely say they are comfortable, effective, and durable. Thanks Scott for remembering me and my wife each time and trying your best (It worked!). If Scott is still there for my next pair, definitely coming back!
There’s no way the Boca Raton location at town center mall can get any better. Walked in just to look and the employee Scott was beyond helpful and knowledgeable that I couldn’t resist walking out with a brand new pair of sunglasses. Would definitely recommend buying Oakley especially from Scott
