Josue is the best! Every time I come to the store he's willing to answer all of my questions and helps me to stay in the latest fashions! Today, he helped me to select a pair of Meta AI glasses. Honestly, Carlos and his team at Oakley are the best. The best are big words but I really do go out of my way and definitely buy more products just because they are so friendly and they know what they’re talking about. We talk sports and other stuff. They just bring a professional and comfortable store to come shop in. I’ll definitely be back for more and more just because of the team’s performance. Carlos really needs some recognition.
Nikki is the best!!!!!!!!!!! We first met Nikki by chance two weeks ago (2/24/26) and she partnered with me to create the best options for me. She practices relationship-centered healthcare --- and shared decision-making; she heard of my unique challenges and contexts (corneal transplants x2) and was willing to be patient and work with me to find the best next steps. I returned to see her yesterday (3/10/26) to move forward with purchasing 2 pairs of prescription glasses and I am grateful. As long as she is at the Oakley Vault, I will keep on coming back. Next up: Meta AI glasses!!!!! Stay tuned :)
My husband and I stopped into the Arizona Mills Oakley store to check out Meta sunglasses that we had been shopping for. Our sales person was very knowledgeable about what Oakley has to offer and the differences between their Meta sunglasses and Ray-Ban‘s. She was super knowledgeable, low-key and friendly. While I went into the store thinking I would eventually buy Wayfarers, I actually walked out with an awesome pair of Oakley Meta sunglasses.😎
